Happy Thanksgiving to you guys and I could not say Thanksgiving without really highlighting those of you that are helping me out with the blog. You guys rock.
And you’re smart for being part of the top commentators club. In this short list we have Lisa Mason, Yasuko, Bridget, Connie, Scott, dammy and EmilyQuestions.
Thank you all for stopping by and encouraging me or just saying hello, it makes a huge difference.
As for the time being, Lisa is up front but not by much so if this was a race, I’d say that she’s within a few strides from everybody. He, he, he, do I sound like an instigator? Maybe I’m playing one.
The thing people forget about comments is that they actually benefit you as the commentator more so than they benefit me as a blogger. Yes, it looks great when my blogposts have more comments, but you get the backlink and the visitors that check you out if you leave a good comment.A few blogposts ago, a single one of my comments on someone else’s blog brought me over 200 visitors in a couple hours. That’s not bad for 25 seconds of writing a thoughtful comment. And three of those people that came from that site signed up to my newsletter.
In any case, enjoy your Thanksgiving and we’ll talk after. Don’t forget about the giveaway either!
I made a quick video for #movember 26 for my other blog, but it has a lot to do with Papidaddy because it is about food and nutrition.
Again, Happy Thanksgiving!
So what about the food?
Did you notice in the video I cut the fruit into shapes. This is an easy trick to get Claire to eat the first few bites. Sometimes she may be tired or hungry beyond reason and she’ll fight any type of food I give her.
This is when tools like these little flower shape cutters and other things make life easier. It distracts her enough to eat a few bites, get her hunger down and then she’ll eat the rest without problems.
And these cost $1.50 each!
