Reading Time: 2 minutes A few years back, I started a meetup to create opportunities for families to participate in enriching and fun activities for the kids. Of course, it's my group so the ages are focused around my kids. Currently, this is 5-8, so the group is going to be good for about 4.5 to maybe 9 or 10.
If the group grows and I can have some help, we can then expand to multiple age groups and various activities for various ranges, but let's not get ahead of ourselves.
After a year of lockdowns and restrictions and all this chaos we've been going through, I decided to re-launch the group. I'm in the process of setting up events for the second half of February. If you are interested in joining, head over to the meetup group and request to join. Past activities have included big playground group hang-outs, visit the reptile zoo, the local zoo, hikes, pool parties, and more.
